Develop a standard assembly process to group some of the assembly processes that apply to multiple products, to allow engineers to study select products
Meet with the customer team to confirm standard assembly process groupings
Time study products and record time for each standard assembly process

All products were timed and captured through the standard assembly processes
Standard times were calculated for all products
The times were used to help the customer team to properly schedule their production employees and give customers accurate lead times on all products
