No previous work instructions or SOPs developed for the processes
IMEG had to study and fully understand the machine processes in a short period of time

Create detailed instructions on how to operate at each work center
Review the content of the SOPs with the operators, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and quality manager to ensure all activities were documented
