As we advance through the process of preparing for ISO 9001:2015 certification, we want to share what this means for our team, our processes, and most importantly, our clients.
A Quality Management System (QMS) is a structured set of policies, processes, and procedures required for planning and execution in the core business area of an organization. It helps ensure that an organization can consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most recognized QMS standard. It outlines the criteria for a quality management system and is based on several key quality management principles including customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, and relationship management.

In line with our vision for scalable and reliable services, IMEG has been actively preparing the QMS for ISO 9001 certification. Our progress includes:
The IMEG Quality Management System Manual has been developed and thoroughly reviewed internally by IMEG staff. It outlines our core processes, quality objectives, and the scope of our system.
Every department has been working to review, revise, or develop SOPs that reflect how work is truly done at IMEG and at the customers. These SOPs are structured not only for compliance but also to empower staff with clear guidance and accountability.
We are currently conducting internal audits for each department based on the processes defined in the QMS Manual. These audits aim to identify any gaps in the process approach or nonconformities with ISO 9001 standards, providing valuable findings to strengthen our system.
We are at the stage where the QMS Manual is being finalized for external inspection. Upon completing the internal audits and implementing the necessary updates based on audit findings, we will reach a significant milestone demonstrating that our internal practices are aligned with ISO 9001 standards and consistently followed across the organization.
Throughout this process, we’ve explored multiple methods and ideas, some adopted from industry best practices, others uniquely designed for IMEG operations. Every decision was made to support a system that works for us, rather than one that exists on paper alone.
Our approach to building the QMS reflects the collaborative and adaptable spirit of IMEG. With every process we define and every improvement we make, we’re laying a foundation that supports not only compliance but innovation, growth, and service excellence.
