A leading manufacturer of military-grade components recently experiences a safety incident that exposed critical gaps in their existing safety practices. IMEG, already on-site for a separate project, was requested to perform a comprehensive 6S safety audit to identify issues and proposed effective solutions on an expedited timeline.

THE PROBLEM

The safety incident revealed issues specifically related to poorly designed or missing safety equipment around high-risk machines:
