Pranav attended Kent State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology. I grew up in India (Gujarat). Have a younger sister.

When Pranav is not working, he enjoys cooking, reading books, hiking, & playing squash & disc golf. He is also an avid fan of racing cars and Formula One.

Kasey is current a Senior at St. Marys High School and is planning at attend Rhodes State College, starting in the fall of 2024 and majoring in Mechanical Engineering. 

Kasey has a wide variety of pets, including horses, pigs, cows, dogs, and bees. When Kasey isn’t at school or work, he enjoys tinkering with his car and motorcycle. 

Devam moved to the US in 2022 to pursue a Master’s in Engineering Management from University of Maryland – Baltimore County and is set to graduate with a perfect 4.0 GPA in December, 2023.

He enjoys football (soccer) and cricket, passionately supporting Manchester United and the Indian Cricket Team. Gaming on PlayStation and savoring Indian cuisine are among his favorite pastimes.

His fascination with the world’s intricacies led him from a barista job at Starbucks to a career where he delves into the creation of various technologies. Devam’s enthusiasm for learning and his belief in discipline, curiosity, and hard work drive his professional success.

Dayna joined the IMEG team in August of 2021 as an Industrial Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Prior to joining IMEG she interned at a biomedical company as a project management intern.

On top of academics at Purdue, she was on the Goldust Dance Team where she had the opportunity to perform at all the home football games as well as other school/sporting events. 

Dayna is a cat mom to “Lola” who loves to make her appearance during Teams Calls. Dayna also likes to relax with a good book!

Krystel holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). Prior to joining IMEG, I worked at a manufacturing company that builds automotive equipment. Originally from Peru, she has  been living in the US for the past 6 years. 

Krystel has a passion for traveling to different countries and immersing myself in different cultures. Additionally, she considers herself a foodie and loves trying new restaurants. 

Her hobbies include running, dancing, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends.

Prannay began his career with IMEG in 2023 after graduating from Penn State University. He decided to study Industrial Engineering because he was always interested in finding solutions and making processes more efficient. Whether it was tinkering with his own car or his PC, he was always trying to make it better. 

In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching Formula 1, playing video games and working on his PC.

According to Prannay, “If you have punctuality, honesty, and are hardworking, you will be successful.”

Caitlin joined IMEG in October 2023. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering in 2021 from Wright State University.  Her favorite things to do are watch movies, listen to music, play tennis, play/create boardgames, bake/cook, take road trips, visit arcades, shop, and go to Disney World.

Caitlin was drawn to being an engineer because she saw it as an opportunity for her creative side to intersect with expertise in science and math. “I always wanted to be the person who could make something out of nothing, and I am excited to see where my skills take me in life!”

Hannah joined the IMEG in April of 2023 as a Business Assistant. She is currently working towards obtaining a Business Administration degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. 

Hannah loves to spend her time outdoors, especially along the beaches of Lake Michigan and she enjoys listening to all genres of music. 

“I am so excited to have the opportunity to join the IMEG team as I have seen how much my dad, and now sister have worked to get IMEG to where it is now. I admire my sister and dad’s work ethic and look forward to gaining a lot of business knowledge while working beside them.” ​​​​​​​

Michael joined IMEG in August of 2023. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.

When Michael isn’t at work he enjoys exercising, volunteering, and playing board games with friends. His favorite food is pizza and he would love to visit the Carribean.

“I think it’s exciting to be working with people who you can see care and are passionate about the company and the work they provide for the customers.”

Evan joined the IMEG team in May 2023 after graduating from Wright State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In his free time, he likes to go on motorcycle rides, play video games, and watch hockey. He also likes to take any excuse he can find to tear something apart and figure out how it works or how to make it better. His favorite sports teams are the Cleveland Browns and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Sean joined the IMEG team in August of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. Prior to joining IMEG, he worked in the airline industry.

Yugesh joined the IMEG team in February of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Industrial Engineering from Tribhuvan University of Nepal and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.

Outside of work, Yugesh likes to explore and hike. He is learning to play the guitar. His favorite music is Indie or John Mayer. 

Yugesh says the key to success is: “Continuous learning and being humble. There is so much more you don’t know.” 

Joe joined the IMEG team in March of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo. Prior to joining IMEG he worked at a manufacturing company that focuses on 5 axis machining.

Some of Joe’s hobbies include playing golf and basketball, as well as hanging out with friends. Joe’s first job was working in the dietary department at a Nursing Home, favorite color is yellow and he’s a big movie junkie. Joe is also roots for the Indianapolis Colts, Boston Celtics, and Boston Red Sox. If Joe could travel anywhere in the world, he would go to Eastern Asia or Australia. 

Kim joined the IMEG team in March of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Missouri – St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Wichita State University. Prior to joining IMEG, she worked as an engineer and technical planner within the aerospace industry.

Kim resides in St. Louis with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. When Kim isn’t working, she enjoys painting/drawing, exploring local walking trails, going to movies, trying different restaurants, as well as yoga and meditating.

Shubham joined the IMEG team in April of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining IMEG, Shubham worked as a technical sales support engineer for Alfa India Ltd.

In his free time, he enjoys watching Sci-Fi movies, his favorite food is “Paneer Chili”, and as a child he wanted to be a professional Cricket Player. 

Calvin joined the IMEG team in January of 2022 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University. Prior to joining IMEG, Calvin worked as a production planning engineer in the automotive industry.

Apart from work he enjoys cooking, hiking, visiting historical places, fishing, watching movies, photography and listens to Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Linkin Park, etc.  His favorite color is blue, food is beef curry with roti and his childhood dream was to become an Airforce Pilot.

Angela joined the IMEG team in January of 2020 as an Intern, and joined as a full time team member May of 2021 as a Manufacturing Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State Lake Campus.

When Angela isn’t working, you can find her on the golf course, rooting on the Cincinnati Bengals, or trying new restaurants!

Lekesh joined the IMEG team in July of 2018 as a Manufacturing Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University and a masters degree in engineering management from Trine University. Prior to joining IMEG he worked as a production engineer within the medical industry.

Lekesh’s favorite color is orange, enjoys spicey Indian food, and as a child wanted to be a race car driver or a chef. He is also the winner of our 2022 “Chili Cookoff”! 

Andrew joined the IMEG team in May of 2018 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. 

Andrew enjoys eating Skyline Coney Dogs while watching the Cincinnati Bearcats, Bengals, and Reds. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the local bars with his friends and traveling to Bearcat football games.

Erin joined the IMEG team in April of 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton. 

When Erin isn’t coordinating life at IMEG she is coordinating life at home with her husband, Mark, and their 4 sons. She can usually be found at a ball game or running her vacuum and preparing food. She enjoys working out and in her free time, she can be found mindlessly scrolling Instagram with a glass of wine in hand!

Jill joined the IMEG team in August of 2022 as an Engineering Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University. Prior to joining IMEG, she worked as an advanced design engineer, manager of manufacturing engineering, and senior manager of assembly operations.

She and her husband have a spoiled dog “Lucy”, 5 kids who are all married and have gifted her with 11 grandchildren! She loves music (and attending concerts) and will happily perform her own with her karaoke machine and tambourine!  Jill also enjoys spending time cooking and baking and duplicating Julia Child recipes when time allows!

Grahm joined the IMEG team in January of 2018 as an Industrial Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from THE Ohio State University. He celebrated his 3rd promotion with IMEG (formerly Quality Manager and Engineering Project Manager) to Director of Engineering in November 2023. 

His favorite sports team is obviously the Buckeyes and he’s also obligated to say the Cincinnati Reds & Bengals! Grahm’s favorite color is green, food is prime rib, and if he could travel anywhere in the world he would go to the Swiss Alps or French Polynesian Islands. His favorite toy growing up was K’NEX and he wanted to be a Biologist.

Dennis joined the IMEG team in June of 2015 as a Manufacturing Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University Lake Campus. In August of 2018 he was promoted to engineering manager. He was most recently promoted in June, 2023 to Engineering Operations Manager. 

In his free time, Dennis spends time with his wife and 3 daughters. Dennis’ favorite team is the Denver Broncos and he participates in bowling leagues and tournament events.

Mike started IMEG in December of 2006 after working in the automotive industry for years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.

Outside of work, Mike likes to spend time with his family, traveling, tinkering in his shop, and farming.

He believes IMEG’s greatest strength is having the opportunity to work in various industries and support a wide variety of engineering projects.

Emily joined the IMEG team in May of 2016 as an Industrial Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. She was most recently promoted to Vice President in July of 2023 after holding her previous Director of Engineering Role. 

Outside of work, Emily spends her time “mom-ing” her kids, Rhea (3) and Rory (1). She also enjoys unwinding with a cocktail and a good book!
