IMEG was hired by a manufacturer of professional staplers, nailers, screw systems, and fasteners to develop proposed layout options for their Staples department to optimize the configuration of new and existing equipment. The customer wanted layouts ranging from minimal to major rearrangements of equipment and needed an objective way to compare them that could be utilized for short and long-term decision making.
